I can't say everything turned out the way I wanted to. I got to the race site only 25 min before my race was supposed to start and I rushed until I got into the water. Very stressful up to that point. I decided to make the race more enjoyable to make up for that. I did have a good performance with the amount of effort I gave that day. my resting week helped and the nutrition technique also worked. I can't wait until GCT in 2 weeks. Here is a picture of how I pimped the bike.
